This article clarifies the terms and rules for participating in the Wingtra sales manager competition.
Wingtra would like to motivate and reward high performing sales managers who put significant effort into promotion and sales of our products, and generate outstanding performance. Thus, we are excited to extend this invitation to C.R. Kennedy to participate in the first ever Wingtra sales manager competition!
Rules of the game
- Every sales manager will be given a far chance of winning by taking into consideration:

- Market size
- Percent of time allocated to the product
- Individual performance in effective lead response and management
- Conversion rates achieved

- Bonus points can be earned for:
- Sharing relevant case studies / success stories from customers (to Wingtra and through social media)
- Organizing local demo days and high-visibility events
Scoring
- The scoring of individual sales managers will be done using a diverse set of criteria using a Google Sheet
- The criteria will be counted for everyone, but will then be normalized to give everyone a fair chance of winning
- The scores are transparent for everyone and will be transformed into standings every quarter, in order for participants to have a regular overview of their current standing and path to climb the ranking
- The last ranking will be done in January 2020, when the winner will be announced and awarded the prize
Things to do
- Every sales manager who wants to participate needs to register on the Sales manager competition registration form using his/her email address; registrations will be approved by the team coordinator
- Please familiarize yourself with the new Wingtra lead tracking system, which will be used extensively during the competition. High performance on lead management (timely responses and follow-ups) are critical for earning bonus points
- Study the scoring criteria and record your achievements in the Google Sheet
- Download your new email signature banner for internal communication to keep the competitive spirit high and enjoy the friendly competition :)
