What is the process of building the data in our Reporting?

All of the data in the sheet is pulled from HubSpot. In HubSpot there is a filter called "Reporting for Monthly KPI" - it shows all closed deals within a set time range.

1. Export this filter to your email address

2. Copy the data to the tab "Hubspot deals" in the "Reporting Monthly KPI" sheet

3. Manually review the individual deals, meaning go through them 1 by 1 and check if there are inconsistencies / false statements in there. Heuristics for checking if data is correct:

  • Does # of drones roughly match with the amount (more or less USD 20k per drone, DS deviates from this)
  • Type of order "Paid" but not Amount? As well as vice versa, Amount >0 but Type of order ≠ "Paid"
  • Cross check on tab "Monthly overview" if the data matches with what is shown on the "Ecommerce Dashboard"

4. In case you spot a mistake in the data, correct it on HubSpot and in sheet. Also make sure to notify the deal owner that they made a mistake and point out what the logic is to do it correctly.
