General conditions – Price list and distributor margins

  • 35% discount on WOP-EMP (40% for premier)
  • 15% discount on all ADD-products (except for TMP) --> full pricelist here

Premier Tier

Wingtra's premier tier program rewards distribution partners who sell a large number of the WingtraOnes.

Premier tier stages

  • Gold: 15+ units ordered and sold --> 5% additional margin (total)
  • Silver: 8+ units ordered and sold --> 2% additional margin (total)

These apply to the product WOP-EMP. The default discount on the product is set at 35%.

How to become a 'Premier' tier dealer

A WingtraOne unit can be counted towards the premier tier program when it is ordered and sold to the customer during the year 2021.

This means the WingtraOne has to be (a) ordered and paid for and (b) reported via the "Report a Sale" feature in the distributor portal (distributor.wingtra.com) (c) within the same year, 2021.

Upon reaching a new milestone, the reseller will be notified by the respective channel manager at Wingtra and will receive a certificate. 

Mutually Exclusive Promotions

The discounts described in this document cannot be combined with any other promotion, subsidised financing, discount, special pricing or trade-in program.

Please use this HS document to share the program with your dealers if needed.

In the Distributor Dashboard you can check if a dealer has already the right to be promoted to a premier dealer.

Single source / sole supplier

  • At times dealers may request this. template here (an example of this can be found here, thanks @Michael!)

Wingtra as a Service / service demo

  • Only with sale opportunity, can be deducted from purchase price if bundle is bought within 30d
  • Not advertised, but data collection can be potentially done for around USD 1000 per flight

 Demonstrations

  • We do demonstrations as a final evaluation tool. Before a demonstration we want our customer to be familiar with all basic information about the drone (such as technical specification) and has a clear timeline (=really qualified) and need.
  • Generally, we offer two options:
    • We offer free demonstrations to high value opportunities
      • Expenses (such as travel cost) can be covered by the client or Wingtra depending on the opportunity.
    • We do demonstrations as a service. 
      • Service demos are charged and refunded in case of a sale
      • In case, the data is used commercially, charge a reasonable amount
      • Expenses (such as travel cost) can be covered by the client or Wingtra depending on the opportunity.

    Regulatory Restrictions

    Currently, we can not sell to any entities in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria and "the region of Crimea". When in doubt check back with Leo.

    100 days cash back

    • 100 days cash back can be offered to high value key accounts for facilitating closing the deal.

    B-grade planes

    • For very price sensitive customers/organizations with a great use case/purpose we can check if b-grade drones are available.
