Show all my support tickets as a list

Beta feature. You can now use a web interface to access the Wingtra internal ticket database and see the status of your tickets.

  1. Request a passcode from your sales manager or contact support@wingtra.com.
  2. Open the tickets web interface
  3. Enter the passcode

You can now find the support tickets with ticket ID, WingtraOne ID, status, description, ticket owner, create date, etc.
