Learn about the Wingtra Shipment App and how it saves you time while helping you manage expectations around your business.

Access the Shipment App through the distributor dashboard with your company passcode. If  you do not have a passcode, please contact your Wingtra sales or support manager. Once you’ve accessed the dashboard, open the Shipment App by clicking on:


This app gives you immediate access to any relevant information you need for any shipment you are overseeing. Inside the shipment App you can monitor and scroll within to review all of your shipments at their current state of progress:

The fulfillment status informs you about the status of a shipment:

    • "Payment pending": payment is expected before shipment will be executed
    • "Cleared": shipment ready to be worked on by fulfillment, note that once a shipment has been cleared it cannot be changed anymore
    •  “Missing information” or "Blocked other”: additional clarifications will be needed, shipment cannot be proceeded
    • “Awaiting permits”: import documentation in progress
    • “Preparing”: the shipment is being worked on
    • “Packed and waiting for dispatch:” shipment is waiting to be picked up and delivered
    • "Shipped": shipment has left Wingtra facilities
    • “Cancelled”: the shipment has been cancelled

The Deal ID refers to the respective order and the product list shows which items were ordered.

Of particular importance for managing your shipments are the expected and actual shipping date as well as the tracking number which directly link you to FedEx’s tracking website.

  • Fulfillment status: Whether or not it has been packed and where it is pre-shipment, specifically according to the following options.

Navigation

Sort your entries

Alongside all column titles you will find arrows to sort the information. Click on them to sort the information for the numerical value, status or alphabetically. 

Search and filter your entries

The search field on the top left allows you to search and filter for names, status and numbers.

Card view

For viewing all entries of a shipment click on the row and get the card view.

Download

Download functions allow you to create PDF, .xlsx and .csv files.

Log out

To log out of the application, click on the logout button.
