Report bugs in Customer Success internal applications

In case you find a bug or imperfection of some sort in applications that we use internally in the Customer Success team, follow the instructions below.

Knowledge Base outdated article: for minor changes, change the information by yourself but inform others during the weekly support meeting. If you are not sure what needs to be in the article but you know that the info is not correct, ask about it during the weekly meeting and we will assign someone to it.

 

  • Knowledge Base in general: Antigoni
  • Hubspot  in general: Tomislav
  • Shipments from the Support side: Andrea
  • Toky: Jasna
  • Canny: Luka
  • Distributor portal: Tomislav

 

If you are not sure about whom to approach, approach Jasna.

 

For applications that are primarily used by other teams, contact the team lead of that team (e.g. for web page contact Justina).
