The article provides guidelines on how to handle cases where a WingtraOne and/or parts of it are damaged and need replacement.
1. Reporting
If a customer's WingtraOne or a part break or reach the end of their lifetime, you should report it to Wingtra Support (email to support@wingtra.com or submit a request).
The following information should be provided to Wingtra Support: a detailed description of the problem or the incident, images of damaged parts, flight logs, purchase date.
In case of an incident during operation, the wing, payloads, and batteries should be checked for damages. Check them carefully following the information below:
2. Replacement
The Wingtra Support team will analyse the information and will send the replacement parts and the replacement instructions. In the table below you can see the different scenarios and the solutions.

All the replacements are recommended to be performed by the end customer to reduce downtime. The replacement parts will be shipped to the distributor and the distributor is responsible for dispatching the items to the end customer.
Replacements can be performed by the distributor as a free or paid service if a customer requests it. Labor costs for part installation and shipment costs between the distributor and the end customer are not covered by Wingtra's warranty. Wingtra covers only the shipping costs from Wingtra to the distributor as well as the part cost.
3. Return of damaged wing/parts
A damaged wing or items should be returned back to Wingtra upon request of Wingtra Support. Please do not initiate the return process on your own and only use the documents that will be provided by Wingtra support.
Wingtra Support will provide all the required documents for the return shipment. The return shipment will take place from the customer's place to minimize shipment costs and to reduce the waiting time. The only thing the customer needs to do is to package the items and organize the pick up according to the provided instructions.
