Enroll in the lead forwarding program
Contact your channel manager to learn how to enroll in the lead-forwarding program. You need to meet the following requirements:
- You are fully onboarded and trained
- You own a demo unit and achieved first successful flights
- You can provide a lead coordinator who will be responsible for assigning the forwarded prospects to local sales managers
- You are aware and accept the reporting obligations outlined below
Program criteria
In order to remain enrolled in the lead forwarding program you have to meet the following conditions:
- Achieve a global conversion rate of 5% (unless a different rate has been agreed with your channel manager)
- Update the lead in the provided Lead App
- Reach out to prospects within 2 business days
If these points cannot be met throughout a sustained period of time, Wingtra reserves the right to stop forwarding any prospects from its website.

What you have to do
In order to be enrolled in the lead forwarding program, the distributor must provide a sales coordinator.
Responsibilities of the coordinator
- The coordinator is typically a person that oversees Wingtra sales processes at the distributor.
- The coordinator receives a notification as soon as somebody makes a contact request on www.wingtra.com
- Access the Lead App to see all assigned prospects
- Select the assigned local sales representative who is responsible for the prospect. The assigned local sales rep receives a notification email.
- Ensure that the local sales rep reaches out the prospect and updates the status of the lead
Responsibilities of the local sales rep
- Upon receiving notification that a lead was assigned contact the prospect either via email or phone, and consider providing sales material and demonstrations.
- Open the Lead App and set
- the “lead status”
- the "first contact date"
- Continuously update the leads in the Lead App.
