Known issue: RC battery drains fast
Replace the battery to fix the issue.
The symptoms of this issue are typically that the user will charge the batteries and then report that they are experiencing only 5-20 minutes of battery life from the radio controller. The voltage drops rapidly on the RC telemetry screen once powered on.
The cause of this is likely that the RC was deeply discharged or left on for long periods of time. This is not covered under warranty, so send a link for the user to purchase a new battery online. It costs around 15-20 CHF to replace.
To replace the battery, simply open the compartment on the back of the RC and unplug the LiPo battery. If the user doesn't know what to order, have them remove the battery and look up the exact model online.
