Learn how you can enroll our distributors in our lead forwarding program and how to track leads.

Enroll in the lead-forwarding program

A reseller can receive lead once:

  • They are fully onboarded and trained
  • They own a demo unit and achieved first successful flights
  • They can provide a lead coordinator who will be responsible for assigning the forwarded prospects to local sales managers

Once the reseller should receive leads please do following steps in Hubsport:

  1. Create passcode on company profile
  2. Add 1-2 sales coordinator email on company profile
  3. Change the onboarding status on the company profile to "fully operational"
  4. Label the lead entitled sales manager on the contact profile as "onboarded sales manager" in the property "Contact Organisational Role". Like that they will be show in the Lead App under "sales rep" and can be selected by the coordinator to take care of a lead.

Regularly check with your distributors that they are keeping their leads up-do-date!
