WingtraOne is neither CE nor FCC certified. This is hindering in sales in many countries and also leads to questions from customers.

Background

How to address the customer requests?

We want to be open and transparent and tell the user openly that we are not yet certified. Still, we want to offer some way for them to deal with their problem. For resellers we also want to state that there is a team working on it but timeline can not be communicated yet.

We have furthermore a declaration of conformity and certificates for many of our critical components, which you can use in your communication. Please approach Yi Hao if you want to do this.
