Known issue: Battery cables pulled out

There are two possible varieties of this problem.

 

1. The cable gets pulled out of connector that plugs into the wing

2. The cable gets pulled out of the battery itself

 

Before March 2019 the cables were not properly soldered. This has been fixed and is now being checked. It should be fixed for all batteries sent out after September. However, it is now happening even on new batteries.

 

When a ticket with this problem shows up tag Michael Weber and inform the customer that the batteries will be replaced under the warranty.
