      Known issue: Tablet crashing

      This article contains triggers that can lead to crashing tablet and how they can be prevented

      Issue: Tablet crashing during pitot tube calibration

      We used to have the problem with the old tablets (Samsung A2), that they start crashing when we have simultaneous telemetry connected and audio output. In case this is an old tablet, try reducing the volume. Turn the volume completely down if reducing does not help. 

      In case this was not an issue here additional potential resolutions:

      • Make sure to switch the tablet language to English, maybe switch back and forth once.
      • Switch the WingtraPilot language setting, maybe back and forth if it should remain on the same language.

       

      If it keeps happening replacing the tablet is suggested.
