Wingtra Internal Shipments

This article explains how internal shipments are created.

For products that have to be ordered internally, we stick to the same process as for external shipments. Watch the video or read the instructions below.

  1. Go to Hubspot Deals and select the pipeline "Wingtra Internal Orders" 
  2. Create a Deal (top right button)
    1. Fill in:
      1. Deal Name (make descriptive)
      2. Pipeline: "Wingtra Internal Orders" 
      3. Deal Stage: Open, Ordered, Canceled
      4. Close date: the date of ordering
      5. Deal Owner
      6. Is initial order: no / yes
      7. Type of order: Internal use Wingtra
      8. Country: Switzerland or country of usage
      9. # of drones
      10. Signing date: the date of ordering (required for creating a shipment)
      11. Temporary Export
    2. Then associate deal with
      1. Company: Wingtra (take care to take the right one!)
      2. Contact: who will receive the order
  3. Create a shipment. The shipment can then be seen in the deal profile as well in the shipment sheet.
    1. Product catalogue does not have to be filled anymore for non-sales!
