      How to give feedback and suggest features to Wingtra

      Use our feedback community portal under feedback.wingtra.com to make feature requests and suggest product improvements yourself or on behalf of your customers.

      We use this tool for tracking and organizing feature requests from you and your customers. This way, everyone has better insight into future improvements and the new features of WingtraOne.

      Register/log in

      The first step in using Wingtra feature requests is to create your account.

       

      1. On the web page feedback.wingtra.com click on Log in/ Sign up in the top right corner

      3. Fill in your name, email address and password. Please use the same email address you use when contacting support@wingtra.com or sales@wingtra.com

      4. Once you have created your account, you can simply log in by using the username and password that you provided during the sign-up process.

      As a Wingtra distributor, you will receive an invite email from Wingtra. By accepting the invitation, you will be granted access to distributor.wingtra.com.

      The Wingtra feature request main page is very simple. The two key functionalities are:

      1. Roadmap
      2. Give feedback

      Roadmap gives you an overview what is the status of existing feature requests.

      The Give feedback drop down menu gives you two options:

      • Feature requests
      • Distributor.wingtra.com

      Feature requests

      There are two main options in this board:

      1. Upvoting one or more existing requests

      2. Creating a new feature request

      Note: when creating a new request please use the search tool to make sure that the same request does not already exist.

      By clicking on one of the existing requests, you can see its full description. Below the description you can read the comments posted by other users or leave your own comment.

      This board is used for giving feedback related to the distributor.wingtra.com portal.

      These requests can contain questions or suggestions in case you notice some data is missing or incomplete. It can also include issues with functionality or technical aspects of the portal.
