3 different newsletters: subscriber, distributor and end-user
If something significant happens at Wingtra -- we launch a new product, we release a news software version or introduce a new camera -- we wish to spread the news! One of the ways to do so -- a monthly subscriber, distributor and end-user newsletter.
To better understand the separation between the 3 think along these lines:
1. Subscriber newsletter -- public none sensitive news, that anyone can or should know. E.g. new content piece, new product launch, invitations to events.
2. Distributor newsletter -- content that is only supposed to reach Wingtra distributors and not the general public. E.g. special discount programs that distributors can use, updates about new marketing materials available, updates about price change.
3. End user newsletter -- content that only actual users of WingtraOne are supposed to know about. E.g. possibilities to upgrade the product, customer surveys.
So, how to submit a newsletter topic if you have one?
First of all, use GitHub. On Wingtra GitHub Customer Repository submit an issue by pressing a green button on the top right corner New Issue.
In the new window, make sure to select the Submit A Newsletter Topic.
Voilá, we're almost there! Now you need to give your new issue a comprehensive title and fill the needed information to enable Marketing to take over. Very important -- please mention the date that the topic can go live, the author and the reviewer of the new issue. This will help to schedule the topic in the upcoming newsletters and provide a reference person who will work on the text.
Once you're done with the description, please fill the information on the right side. Assignees -- assign the author and @Justina. Projects -- Projects Overview. Now just click the submit issue and that's done! Thanks for contributing (:
