      How to share big data files with Wingtra Support?

      Images, PDF, small attachments

      Please share images, PDFs, WingtraPilot flight plans, and other small data files (< 20MB) directly as email attachments in your conversation with us (support@wingtra.com). When submitting a ticket under knowledge.wingtra.com, you can also add small files of up to 100MB for support to review.

      WingtraOne flight logs

      Please use our Log file uploader to share WingtraOne flight logs with us. Maximum file size is 10GB.

      WingtraOne flight images / WingtraPilotProjects folder

      Please use our Flight imagery uploader to share WingtraOne imagery with us; maximum file size is 10GB.
