Set up and learn about the phone system in Hubspot

We use Zoom for scheduled meetings with customers and Toky for Ad-hoc calls. Learn how to set it up and how to work with it.

Set up Toky phone numbers for Hubspot outbound calls

1. Jasna can add you as an agent (Role: Administrator). Approach her.
2. Validate your email (you will get an email as soon as Julian added you). Go through the Wizard where you add your personal number (this will not be used - it could be used for forwarding in future if we want this)
