How to manually add leads to the distributor dashboard

    The leads app in the distributor dashboard shows leads that have submitted a quote form on Wingtra's website and have been automatically forwarded to our resellers.

    In addition to that, leads can also be added manually to the dashboard. 

    It is very important that leads that are added to this list shall still be maintained as they are today.

    The leads app was designed to share sales qualified leads and they should be handled as such. The leads app should not become a second CRM or parking lot for all leads in general – but only for sales qualified leads.

    • To add a lead to the leads App add the contact property signuptype (CONTACTFORM) = manual assignment.
      This shall only be done with sales qualified leads where there has been a qualified engagement or prior contact. They can come from webinars, personal network, events, etc.
    • Leads that are from the quote form, events or Webinars shall still be additionally labelled with the respective signuptype (CONTACTFORM) as we do today.
    • A column in the dashboard called "Assigned through" reflects the signuptype (CONTACTFORM) in the back end. That's how reseller and sales manager see how the leads were forwarded to the reseller.
    • Leads with signuptype (CONTACTFORM) = manual assignment will be tracked and in the same way as those from the quote form.

    There will no automatic email be triggered for "manual assignments".

    Only leads from the quote form are forwarded automatically. For all other leads the sales manager shall do a personal introduction.
