This articles describes who is responsible for the product configurator, how to add local prices for a reseller and how to add a product.
Responsibilities

- Default Wingtra prices, coordination with Sales and channels managers: Stephie
- Products: Product managers (Julian, Vaibhav,...)
- Local prices: Channel managers and distributors
How to update local prices for a distributor (that already has local prices)?

- If you updated the local prices but don't see them in the product configurator, get some help from David.
How to add a new distributor (= initial setup for local prices)?
1. Get the local prices (Responsible: channel manager)
If the the distributor wants to show:- default Wingtra prices: Create a sub-task in ClickUp , assign it to David and let him know which distributor/territories and what currency (USD, EUR or CHF)
- its own local prices and/or currency: Get the prices from the distributor:

- Send a copy of the full list of products as google sheet to the distributor
- Once the distributor has filled in the prices, create a sub-task in ClickUp with a link to the sheet and assign it to David
2. Setup (Responsible: David)
- Create a Hubspot product property .
- Copy an existing one (e.g Accurate Instruments [NZD])
- Change the Label (name + currency)
- Change the property name to n+distributor number (e.g n3167789271)
- Make sure it matches with the entry in the MySQL database
- Go to the shipment sheet
- Add the property to the Sync tab
- Copy paste the prices in the Product catalogue tab in a new column
- Sync with Hubspot
- Remove the property in the Sync tab
- Check that all the products have local pricing in the Current local prices sheet
- Go to the MySQL database
- Find the country in the "countries" table or the state in the "states" table
- Add the reseller id, reseller name and local currency code to the country or state (if not already there)
- Change the country or state from 1 to 0 to activate it
- Check on https://configurator.wingtra.com/
- Inform the channel manager
How to add a product?
1. Create the product (Responsible: Product manager)
- Create a line in the shipment sheet (Ask Stephie to walk you through if it's your first time doing it)
- Fill in the fields from A to AX
- Set the column "Show in product configurator" as "No".
- Set column "Product configurator show in test environment" as "Yes".
- Sync the shipment sheet with Hubspot
- Calculate and fill in all local prices for that product In the Hubspot product library (current local prices can be seen here: Current local prices sheet)
- Create a sub-tak in CU (either in the product dissemination task or here)
2. Final setup (Responsible: David)
- Fill in all product configurator properties in the shipment sheet
- Sync with Hubspot
- Check that everything looks good in the staging environment (Password 87AGlU)
- Send the link to Stephie and the product manager for quality control
- Move to production site
- Set the column "Show in product configurator" as "Yes".
- Update the template for the initial setup of distributor (full list of products template)
- Inform the product manager and Stephie
