How to report a WingtraHub issue

If you experience a WingtraHub issue read this article to learn how to report it. And find out what data might be required for the analysis.

How to report a WingtraHub issue

  • Does it happen with only one flight or with all projects?
  • Does it happen in both cases of "output geotagged images" being ticked and unticked?
  • Does it happen in both cases of "PPK geotagging" being ticked and unticked?

Required data for analysis

  • If the issue is related to one specific data set, send the complete dataset (DATA and IMAGES folder), such that we can try to reproduce
  • Hardware and OS of the computer, even better a system report (e.g. open, save to file and send us the .nfo file)
  • WingtraHub logs: After each processing, a log file is stored. The files can be found under the following path:

OS(C:)/Users/$NAME/WingtraHub/Logs

Send the .txt file from the appropriate session with the date of the flight to the support team for further analysis.
