How to access flight logs

In this article, you can find information about how to retrieve logs for drone ID < 1135.

In some cases, you will need to provide the Wingtra customer success team with log files in order to troubleshoot the issues you are facing with your WingtraOne.

Send flight logs to Wingtra support

When the logs are downloaded, submit a support request using the Submit a Ticket form. For uploading logs, use Flight Log Uploader.  Describe your issue in as much detail as possible.
