Customer Success holiday approval process

This article describes the holiday approval process and gives more info on the minimum number of people working and team dependencies during these times

Quota:

Total - 5 people have to be working

  • Zurich, Zagreb, APAC - At least 3 people in the office 
  • The USA and LATAM - At least 2 people working

  • Basil, Jasna, Antigoni
    • At least one person has to be in the office
    • Ideally, the holidays of Jasna/Basil are not overlapping



Dependencies

  • Jasna - Antigoni
  • Luka - Zoran
  • Hrvoje - Tomislav
  • Jack - Spencer
  • Julian - Niv
  • Irwin (Zagreb/ Zurich team covering Irwin's tickets)

Important notes

  • To avoid some misunderstandings please check the planned vacation with your colleague and once you agree, create a holiday request in Bamboo
  • For a longer vacation, the team lead needs to be informed at least 2 weeks in advance; if the above quotas are already met, holidays won’t be approved
  • For shorter (1-3 days), the team lead needs to be informed at least 1 week in advance

 

How to send a request?

  1. Log into Bamboo, go to the Home tab and click on Request Time Off (e-mail will be automatically sent to Jasna for approval)
  2. Make sure you add correct dates for your holiday request
