FAQ (Sales): What is the lifetime of WingtraOne?
This is a difficult thing to answer. 3 years would be Wingtra's target but especially for power users this will can not be reached currently. With our current reliability numbers its likely it only makes it to 1 year realistically. So the question for sales is do you set a realistic expectation when a customer asks this question or do insure a plan in place so it hits the target expectation? The number to consider is total cost of ownership (TCO) which is very important to buyers. Do you pay $50,000 for something that will last 5 years guaranteed or $30,000 for something but over those five years it could cost you an additional $40k in parts/service/opportunity cost/time.
