Warranty termination

This article explains in which cases to terminate the warranty

For the drones with an active warranty, the warranty is terminated if:

  • flying with the outdated software version,
  • improper use of the equipment,
  • environmental conditions outside of specifications,
  • failure to avoid obstacles in the flight plan,
  • improper use of Emergency Shut-Off,
  • failure to properly store the batteries,
  • failure to follow the user manual, legal requirements, or instructions of Wingtra,
  • using damaged equipment and/or modified equipment

If the customer reports an issue and they didn't follow the guidelines above, the replacement will not be covered under warranty.

Sync with Jasna every time the warranty termination should take place.

If the customer is flying outside of specified environmental conditions, the workflow will detect such flights and send a warning email to the customers that the warranty may be terminated.
