Warranty replacement declaration

A template for when a customer requires such documentation for official use

Occasionally, the need arises for a document stating that a certain deal is a warranty replacement.

Case in point, ticket number 426118699.  Albanian customer Geotech required a written statement of warranty in order to facilitate an easy interaction with local customs and avoid having to pay import duties and VAT on the replacement wing that was sent to them.

If a translation to the destination language is available, it can be added to the English version to further simplify the process for the customer and avoid delays.
