Ship WingtraOne Flight Batteries to Zurich
Instructions on how to package and ship back batteries to Wingtra. Use only if you are instructed to do so by Wingtra Support.
To comply with the law, we only issue the shipment papers, once we receive proof of proper packaging. Please, send us pictures of the batteries and each step mentioned below!
Do not use other material except the one received from Wingtra (e.g. cardboard box, flashlights, foam chips) - having the correct cardboard box and labels are crucial to comply with the law! In case you don't have it anymore, make sure Wingtra Support is aware of it.
