RDO Warranty replacement shipments using Wingtra's UPS account
Wingtra's UPS account will be used only for warranty replacement shipments in the territory of the United States. This article explains how the account should be used.
When can UPS account be used?
The UPS account can be used only after Wingtra has done a warranty assessment based on an existing ticket and confirmed it is a warranty replacement. The UPS account will be used for ground transportation as the default unless specified otherwise by Wingtra support.

How can Wingtra track these shipments?
In order to track US domestic shipments, RDO will insert the associated ticket number to the Reference# 2 field in UPS Worldship and before billing the shipment to the Wingtra UPS account. That way Wingtra will be able to track all US warranty replacement shipments.
Make sure you add the associated ticket number to the Reference #2 field in the UPS Worldship, before billing shipment to the Wingtra's UPS account name.
