      Agisoft license ordering process

      This article describes the process of creating an Agisoft paid license that is done by the fulfillment team

      License types: 

      1. Agisoft Metashape Professional (Perpetual license)
        1. SKU: AG-MSP
      2. Agisoft Metashape Professional, Educational license (Perpetual license)
        1. SKU: AG-MSP-EDU

      Ordering process

      1. Product is ordered through the standard ordering process. The distributor gets in touch with Wingtra sales manager --> Deal --> shipment
        1. It is the responsibility of the Wingtra sales manager to record the end user contact detail when creating a deal: 
          1. For legal entity: legal entity’s name/address and contact person’s name and address, type of license
          2. For individuals: name and contact email, type of license
          3. For educational licenses, email should be on the educational institution domain.
        2. Upon payment (distributor/end user → Wingtra) of an invoice that includes a Agisoft license, the shipment status is set to "Cleared", and the fulfillment team will proceed to create the license.
        3. The license is sent to the associated contact:
          1. Direct sale: end user
          2. Reseller sales: reseller sales rep --> Reseller can then forward license key after it was created

        Procedure for the fulfilment team for paid licenses

        2. Ordering and Payment process to Agisoft:
          1. Larissa will send email to sales@agisoft.com → create a template or auto email with the following information:
            1. For legal entity: legal entity’s name/address and contact person’s name and address, type of license
            2. For individuals: name and contact email, type of license
            3. For educational licenses, email should be on the educational institution domain.
          2. Each order must be paid separately and the licenses are delivered once the funds are credited to FastSpring (online store service provider) account. Credit card can be used for instant license delivery upon payment.
          3. The order will go via online store - Agisoft will issue a link for each order you submit. The orders are processed within 24 hours on weekdays and you may pay with Credit / Debit Card, PayPal or wire transfer. Please choose instant payment method to process the order immediately. Wire transfer takes 3-5 business days for processing.
          4. License is sent to Wingtra, we send to end user/reseller.
          5. Cash flow:
            1. Indirect: payment through dealer to Wingtra
            2. Direct: payment through end user to Wingtra
            3. Wingtra to order and pay license within 30d, license key only upon payment
