Delair.ai partnership

The partnership between Delair and Wingtra allows the companies to sell each other's products. This article explains the sales process between Wingtra and Delair.ai

Sales Process Wingtra selling Delair.ai

  1. Wingtra can sell Delair.ai through Wingtra’s direct channel without limitations.
  2. Wingtra can sell Delair.ai through Wingtra distributor channels under certain conditions
    1. Always contact POC first to get sales authorization
    2. No limitations expected except for 3 countries
  3. Get in touch with Delair as soon as there is a real customer need, and info about the customer. Delair happy to explore joint efforts and confirming exact Delair.ai pricing/offer.

Sales Process Delair sells WingtraOne

  1. Delair can sell WingtraOne through Delair’s direct channels.
  2. Delair can sell WingtraOne through Delair’s distributor channels only upon confirmation.
  3. Wingtra’s distributor territories must be respected. Sales in a Wingtra distributor territory have to be coordinated with the Wingtra and its reseller. 
  4. A qualified deal shall be communicated with Stephanie Lambert (stephanie.lambert@wingtra.com) for exploring joint efforts and confirming exact Wingtra pricing/offer.
  5. For issuing a PO, Delair sales rep to confirm local pricing with Wingtra. After pricing is confirmed by Wingtra, Delair provides a PO to the customer. Delair needs Wingtra's approval on a per deal basis.
  6. End-customer to pay Delair in full.
  7. Delair pays Wingtra minus their margin. 
  8. Payment terms are 15 days after order confirmation and before delivery of the goods.
  9. If the sale is done in a reseller territory, Wingtra reseller is to deliver the drone to the end customer; delivery time can be a few weeks, depending on stock at distributor.

Wingtra to offer help with closing the hardware side of a particular deal. Joint calls / presentations / demos can be arranged on a case-by-case basis. Wingtra could also involve the local distributor, e.g. for a demo or in-person presentation. Reciprocally, Wingtra will involve Delair in case a lead shows strong interest in Delair.ai.

Training and onboarding

  • Delair to coordinate with Wingtra to arrange for the training, either via Wingtra distributor or directly from Wingtra Support. Coordinate with Stephanie Lambert.
