We can send mass emails using Hubspot. Here is how to do it.
You can use email sequences and templates if you have a paid Hubspot seat to automate 1-on-1 email communication. However, sometimes you want to use the megaphone to get news out. Here are the options:
Wingtra Newsletters
Submit a topic suggestion to be included on ClickUp. The marketing team will then prioritize and assemble the topics. Include a suggested publication week.

Regional Emails / Custom Mass Emails
- Watch the video above to understand the feature
- Step 1 - Draft your email by cloning this template and changing the content. That will already create a corporate look you need. Alternatively (not recommended!!) draft an email from the Hubspot Marketing toolbar. Click on the orange box top right "Create Email". Select the "Drag & Drop Email Creation Experience" and select "Regular Email type". There are many branded templates to choose from or you can just clone an existing Newsletter/Email. The simple template which look like a personal email may often get the highest open rate so consider those. Once you selected the template fill the content of your email and use the "Personalization Tokens" cleverly from the "Insert toolbar".
- Step 2 - Select the correct Settings - When the content is ready proceed to Settings and select the appropriate Email settings (sender, subject, internal name, subscription type etc.). Don't create new subscriptions types unless otherwise agreed with the Sales Enablement Team.
- Step 3 - Select recipients - Select the appropriate list of recipients for the mass email. You can create a new list using Hubspot filters in the same drop-down menu. It is recommended to create the lists in advance for computational performance as Hubspot may take a while to generate larger specific lists from many filters.
- Step 4 - Review - Let Justina know about the email including the desired email send date and time as early as possible (not 1 day before! :). The Sales Enablement Team will release the email keeping in mind the desired time but also other scheduled emails to avoid overlaps and over-mailing.
Hubspot forms can both be embedded on a website or shared as link.
Additionally, if you use a hubspot form, this then allows you to use this as trigger in a workflow, which can send confirmation emails to the people who fill in the form. Take a look at examples previously done:

Process Rules
- Sales enablement schedules emails to avoid over emailing. So it is a good idea to place your request 1-2 weeks in advance.
- Only the sales enablement team sends mass emails. Sales and support can draft emails.
- Mass emails need a review (text, audience).
