PPK dongle lost or corrupt files
Here are solutions how to handle customers that have an issue with their PPK dongles.
Orange dongle
Possible issues:
- lost
- USB can not be recognized by computer
- corrupt file

Solution:
- Ask for the ID of the gray dongle
- Find the corresponding folder here
- Send the .bin file to the customer
"In the attachment, you can find the binary permission file needed for activating WingtraHub. Please save it locally and use it for activation.You can format the corrupted orange dongle and store the .bin file on it."
If the corresponding .bin is not in the drive folder linked above, we have access to the FTP server where all our license files are stored.

Gray dongle

Solutions
- Sell additional or replacement dongle (Product Catalog: PPK-DONGLE), both orange and gray dongle will be shipped.
