Customer Success team building and the global visiting schedule

Apart from having regular remote meetings, it is also important to meet each other face to face. For this reason, we have created an article which will give a better understanding of our global visits and team buildings.

• • Once per year global team event at Wingtra HQ in Zurich
  • Team day during Wingtra Global week including team workshop

• • Antigoni / Andrea have an allowance to spend 1 week per quarter in Zagreb as they wish (not required, but allowed)
  • 1-2x per year we try to do quarterly planning in Zagreb (ideally Antigoni, Andrea, Basil are all in Zagreb at the same time)

Denver / Buenos Aires <> Europe

• • 2x per year in Europe
  • 1x global team event in Zurich HQ
  • 1x visit shifted by roughly 6 months in either Zagreb or Zurich (could fall together with a quarterly planning session in Zagreb)
