- Provide short and friendly answers to non-Wingtra questions
- Offer consulting service for further support: adjust snippet Consulting Service
- Example tickets:
- Vertical offset due to coordinate transformation (ticket, ticket)
- Blurry objects on orthophoto in Pix4D (ticket)
- Project consulting: how to optimally plan flights / post process images
- If you are unsure about how to communicate or once a customer shows interest include Andrea to discuss the offering
- Initially consulting service will be conducted by Andrea and rolled out to the team afterwards.
