• Clear communication that WingtraOne data are good
• Provide short and friendly answers to non-Wingtra questions
• Offer consulting service for further support: adjust snippet Consulting Service
• Example tickets:
• Vertical offset due to coordinate transformation (ticket, ticket)
• Blurry objects on orthophoto in Pix4D (ticket)
• Project consulting: how to optimally plan flights / post process images
• If you are unsure about how to communicate or once a customer shows interest include Andrea to discuss the offering
• Initially consulting service will be conducted by Andrea and rolled out to the team afterwards.
