How to add videos in the Wingtra knowledge base or in hubspot emails. In short: If you only want one thing, use loom. Otherwise use loom for knowledge base and videos you share with the team and vidyard for 1on1 videos.

Either use vidyard (Hubspot default video app) or paste a useloom url into your email. Whatever is your cup of tea.

Useloom videos can be downloaded (and thus uploaded to the Hubspot file manager). Vidyard videos can only be shared via link. We would need to pay a lot to vidyard to get a shared video library...
